Use multi-channel outreach and Salesforce to book meetings with high-value prospects, partner with AEs to convert opportunities, lead early discovery, refine messaging, and support virtual and in-person events.

Lead design and development of highly available payment processing, subscription billing, settlement, refunds, and reporting systems. Integrate with external payment processors and APMs, ensure automated build/test/deploy pipelines, debug production issues, optimize performance, decompose features for incremental releases, conduct design/code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and incorporate regulatory requirements (PCI‑DSS, PSD2/SCA, 3DS2).

Manage end-to-end chargeback and payment operations across multiple processors, track KPIs and trends, perform representments, investigate complex payment issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce risk and improve payment performance and seller experience.
