Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives selling to film and TV production companies. Provide live call coaching, run weekly 1:1s, build individual development plans, enforce pipeline and forecast discipline, partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product, own sales process adoption and deal review cadence, and drive org-level process improvements.

Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns, manage daily ABM initiatives, analyze metrics, and optimize marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth.
