Own renewal strategy, negotiations, and execution for an enterprise SaaS portfolio to protect and grow ARR. Partner with Client Management, Legal, and Finance to forecast accurately, mitigate renewal risk, and identify upsell opportunities while driving retention and expansion.

Lead frontend platform architecture across web and mobile: design and evolve design systems, component libraries, build tooling, accessibility, internationalization, and developer experience.
