Lead architecture and operations for the end-to-end data lifecycle: pipeline orchestration, dbt projects, cloud warehouse performance, dimensional modeling, data observability, HIPAA controls, and platform governance. Mentor a distributed data engineering team, partner with Analytics and Finance, and prioritize durable platform capabilities that enable BI, experimentation, and AI use cases.

Lead client-facing data science for external reporting, automating QBRs, recurring reports, and RFP analyses. Build and own client SLAs and foundational external metrics, partner with Sales and Customer Success, represent Foodsmart in client conversations, and leverage dbt, BI, and AI-native tooling to scale reporting and validation.

The Senior Data Engineer will construct and optimize data pipelines, work with cross-functional teams, ensure data quality and governance, and mentor junior engineers while leading advanced analytics initiatives.
