Manage the post-sale lifecycle for strategic platform partners, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and value realization. Coordinate API/SDK solution development with customer and internal engineering teams, lead executive business reviews, analyze performance metrics, and support partner enablement through training, collateral, and success stories. Improve customer success processes, collaborate with Marketing on engagement, and provide insights to Product. The role requires enterprise relationship management, technical understanding, and flexible scheduling across U.S. time zones.

Own net-new partner sales for the Suki Platform in EHR, telehealth, care management, and revenue cycle verticals. Build C-suite and clinical/IT relationships, qualify and close new logo opportunities, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, translate client needs into platform integrations, and travel extensively (40%–60%).

Drive technical integrations between Suki and health systems/EMRs: manage deployment plans, test and validate integrations, serve as client-facing technical SME, coordinate Engineering/Product/Customer Success, maintain documentation, report status, and improve integration processes to ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.
