Lead and oversee financial reporting and technical accounting engagements, review complex financial statements and memos, coach managers and staff, manage engagement economics, liaise with clients/auditors, and identify scope or service opportunities.

Lead accounting advisory engagements (IPO/M&A readiness, SEC compliance, transaction and technical accounting). Oversee research, review deliverables, manage multiple teams, liaise with auditors/SEC/legal, and grow client relationships and engagements.

Associate will support accounting advisory tasks like preparing trial balances, journal entries, and understanding core accounting principles while fostering client relationships.
