Owns the FedRAMP-authorized AWS GovCloud environment, ensuring reliability, security, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, continuous monitoring, deployments, hardening, audits, incident response, and on-call support. Leads global renewals strategy, forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and execution for a recurring-revenue B2B SaaS business. Builds and manages a global renewals team, establishes processes and playbooks, oversees Salesforce workflows and reporting, and owns renewal, churn, contraction, and GRR targets. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations to mitigate risk, close renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. Travel may be required up to 20%.

Administer and support multiple go-to-market and sales technology platforms. Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, access requests, reports, dashboards, workflows, and basic configurations. Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and documentation, monitor platform health, support implementations and integrations, and identify process improvements. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams while exploring AI and automation opportunities.
