Manages property launches and installations by coordinating stakeholders, construction and operations teams, equipment, billing information, community meetings, signup events, marketing materials, and contract deliverables. Serves as the primary on-site communicator, resolves escalated customer issues, supports residents and VIPs, and transitions properties to ongoing account management. Requires frequent travel to project sites and telecommunications account management experience.
