Own enterprise accounts in the Central and LTAM regions, generate new-logo business, meet sales quotas, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through pricing, negotiation, and closing. The role includes coordinating product demonstrations with Sales Engineering, partnering with Marketing to generate demand, and selling infrastructure software to enterprise customers.

Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities, deliver tailored demos and architecture deep-dives, lead POC engagements, advise on distributed databases and cloud-native design, create technical collateral, provide customer feedback to product teams, and represent Yugabyte at events.

The Technical Support Engineer will provide exceptional customer support for YugabyteDB, diagnose issues, document findings, and collaborate with engineering. The role requires bilingual skills, technical background, familiarity with Linux, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, especially during weekends.
