Serve as a technical trusted advisor to account teams and clients, identifying needs and proposing solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, DR, virtualization and device management. Produce technical documentation, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and deliver training and client-facing events while staying current on vendor technologies and certifications.
