Advises cross-functional stakeholders on contractual and legal risks, improves templates and negotiation playbooks, develops contracting workflows and training, and supports contract lifecycle management optimization using tools such as Ironclad. Requires independent deal management, strong commercial judgment, legal operations experience, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced technology environment.
