Owns Microsoft alliance operations across partner funding, Marketplace transactions, co-sell workflows, data quality, compliance, reporting, and executive business reviews. The Technical Account Manager will support enterprise customers, optimize cloud file data platform use, and ensure customer success through technical guidance and collaboration with engineers.

Lead complex enterprise customer onboarding from sales transition through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. Maintain executive alignment, customer health, business-value continuity, adoption readiness, change management, and escalation resolution across large global engagements.
