Lead technical partner engagement with cloud service providers, supporting sales progression, product demonstrations, enablement, training, workshops, events, and joint go-to-market activities. Create reference architectures, demos, solution guides, and educational content while tracking partner readiness and pipeline. Collaborate with sales, product, and go-to-market teams to expand Grafana Cloud adoption. Travel up to 50% for partner events and field activities.

Leads two distributed frontend engineering squads responsible for platform foundations, navigation, search, and resource organization. Oversees hiring, team development, technical direction, delivery, customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, and operational excellence. Partners with Product and Design, drives AI and automation adoption, maintains engineering standards, participates in management on-call, and improves productivity, reliability, accessibility, and customer outcomes across Grafana’s open-source and cloud products.

Develop and enhance Grafana data source plugins integrating databases and third-party services. Support plugin reliability and operations in Grafana Cloud, integrate data sources with agentic workflows, improve processes, assist with customer escalations, and collaborate across the Grafana Division. The role requires full-stack software development using Golang and TypeScript, Kubernetes and microservices experience, robust coding practices, and participation in on-call and SRE operations.

Own technical direction and complex projects for Tempo, Grafana’s distributed tracing backend. Build and optimize ingestion, storage, query, metrics, and API components; improve performance, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. Collaborate across product and engineering teams, write design documentation, participate in on-call and incident response, mentor engineers, and contribute to the open-source Tempo project.
