Generates new revenue and manages select existing mid-market accounts through quota-driven telecommunications and technology sales. Sells connectivity, voice, cloud, security, managed network, and related solutions; develops proposals, manages opportunities and forecasts in CRM, submits contracts, resolves customer issues, and coordinates with sales engineering and customer care to ensure timely product delivery.

Serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise voice solutions throughout the presales lifecycle. Lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concept validation, proposals, and customer presentations. Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering to develop opportunities and close business. Provide training, playbooks, architecture guidance, and competitive positioning while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support to improve offerings and influence the roadmap.

Leads Segra’s enterprise sales organization across the West Region, directing go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, revenue growth, retention, renewals, forecasting, and sales execution. Oversees enterprise sales, account management, and support functions; recruits and develops sales leaders; participates in strategic customer engagements; resolves escalations; and partners cross-functionally on product, operations, marketing, finance, and service priorities. The role is based in the Denver area and requires travel as needed.

Manages the full life cycle of 3–4 telecommunications products, from concept and development through launch, enhancement, and retirement. Collaborates with engineering, sales, operations, procurement, legal, marketing, and vendors to define requirements, deliver connectivity solutions, support RFPs, train teams, and ensure regulatory and security compliance. Oversees product strategy, KPIs, pricing, technical documentation, enablement, launches, and customer-focused improvements across multiple markets.

Manages and expands Segra’s Channel Partner and National Technology Service Distributor ecosystem across assigned markets. Drives telecommunications and technology solution sales, recruits and enables partners, develops channel initiatives, conducts business reviews, provides forecasts and performance reports, and coordinates with direct sales and cross-functional teams. Represents Segra at industry events and serves as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador. The role is onsite in Denver and requires travel as necessary.
