As an AI Demo Engineer, you will create demo applications to showcase AI capabilities, collaborate with sales, and enhance demo content.

The Growth Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional transformation, commercialization, AI, and go-to-market programs from planning through launch. Responsibilities include governance, dependency and risk management, executive stakeholder alignment, readiness decisions, reporting, benefits tracking, and process improvement. The role independently manages multiple large-scale programs, connects execution to revenue and business outcomes, and supports product launches and AI commercialization initiatives.

Build user interfaces with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF; develop RESTful APIs and data access logic; write unit tests; participate in code reviews; debug defects; and collaborate with Product, QA, and engineering teams. The role uses C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and Azure-related technologies while following security and compliance practices.

Drive new-logo acquisition and revenue growth across a defined federal territory. Generate pipeline through prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and partner referrals; manage complex enterprise sales cycles; engage C-level stakeholders; develop proposals and business cases; maintain Salesforce accuracy; forecast opportunities; and achieve sales quotas. The role uses consultative, value-based selling and collaborates with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Strategic Alliances. Travel may exceed 50%.

Leads North American State and Local sales activities, including territory planning, account forecasting, sales strategy, pricing analysis, proposal development, and enterprise client relationship management. Hires, coaches, and supervises Account Managers while driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and quota achievement. Requires enterprise or SaaS sales experience, State and Local account expertise, C-level consultative selling, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Leads revenue strategy, commercial finance, deal economics, pricing, discounting, margin management, revenue recognition, and financial transformation. Oversees ASC 606 compliance, revenue metrics, forecasting, deal desk operations, commissions, profitability reporting, and executive and board insights. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to improve commercial performance, automate processes, and support strategic growth.

Leads global SEO and AEO strategy to improve organic search performance, AI-engine visibility, recommendations, and pipeline impact. Owns keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, schema, crawler accessibility, backlinking, AI workflows, visibility audits, and performance reporting. Partners with marketing, content, product, web, PR, and revenue teams to build scalable search systems and educate internal stakeholders on SEO and AEO best practices.

Owns OneStream’s web content, information architecture, conversion strategy, personalization, and connected buyer experience. Leads web projects, content governance, landing pages, AI-search narrative optimization, progressive profiling, experimentation, and performance reporting. Partners across marketing, creative, development, product marketing, sales, and operations to improve organic growth, conversion, journey progression, and pipeline creation.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable QA automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, RestSharp, Appium, SQL, and Azure. Leads CI/CD automation infrastructure, test strategy, code reviews, failure investigation, quality metrics, and process improvements. Collaborates with development, product, and business teams throughout the software lifecycle, mentors QA automation engineers, supports customers and business analysts, identifies test coverage gaps, and provides technical guidance on complex software quality issues.
