Build, validate, and deploy customer-facing software and platform work in a small, startup-like R&D unit. Partner with product leaders, move rapidly from prototype to production, make pragmatic technical decisions, and shape the R&D unit while shipping software used in live healthcare environments.

Ensure alignment with CRM opportunity details, coordinate with Legal/Finance/Leadership, manage intake and status, and drive process improvements and template/content management to streamline proposal workflows.

Deliver accurate sales data, reports, dashboards, and analyses to support sales performance, forecasting, and operational effectiveness. Extract, clean, and validate CRM data, monitor KPIs, identify data quality and process issues, recommend improvements, support forecasting, maintain documentation, and provide ad-hoc analysis to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end process improvement and operational optimization initiatives. Assess current-state operations, design future-state workflows and governance, define KPIs, and implement automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with product, engineering, and operations, facilitate stakeholder alignment and change adoption, manage risks and delivery, and mentor junior consultants to drive measurable operational improvements.
