Develop and maintain large-scale, cloud-native data services and distributed pipelines for multi-tenant healthcare systems. Responsibilities include data modeling, database component development, SQL programming, performance tuning, testing, deployment, code reviews, proof-of-concepts, and full software development lifecycle ownership. Leads enterprise reporting transformation, including data lake and reporting infrastructure development, executive dashboards, customer health reporting, and scorecards. Owns strategy, roadmap, governance, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery while coordinating operations, product, technology, sales, advisory, and customer success teams. Drives executive alignment, standardization, change adoption, risk management, and measurable business outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Develop and maintain synthetic data generation tools, performance scripts, and testing frameworks. Investigate application, infrastructure, and database bottlenecks; conduct load, stress, endurance, scalability, and other performance tests; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines; and use observability and AI/ML techniques to analyze and improve enterprise and cloud-native application reliability and performance.

Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks for complex healthcare software. Create test plans, execute white-box, black-box, UI, API, and performance testing, identify defects and testing gaps, improve CI/CD processes, and collaborate with product managers and developers to support high-quality releases. The role also involves debugging code, participating in demos, and working with distributed teams in a remote environment.

Owns end-to-end development and maintenance of Tableau and Amazon QuickSight dashboards for operational and executive stakeholders. Translates business needs into datasets, visualizations, and actionable insights; writes SQL for analysis and validation; collaborates with data engineers on AWS lakehouse sources; optimizes performance, validates data quality, documents dashboards, and continuously improves the BI portfolio.

Provides senior legal counsel to BPaaS and SaaS business lines. Drafts, negotiates, and closes complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS contracts, managed services arrangements, and reseller agreements. Advises on SLAs, regulatory delegation, data rights, liability, and transition provisions. Supports acquisitions, strategic alliances, compliance programs, contracting processes, templates, and outside counsel management while partnering with sales and cross-functional teams.

Own and improve enterprise integrations across payroll, benefits, identity, finance, and other systems. Administer Claude Enterprise, including provisioning, permissions, security, governance, and adoption. Configure automation, troubleshoot production issues, improve data quality, document system architecture, and translate business needs into scalable solutions. Partner with stakeholders to measure integration reliability, AI adoption, process efficiency, and downstream impact while helping establish AI platform governance and broader systems ownership.
