Lead the Data Platform team in building reliable, scalable infrastructure and developer tooling for data engineering, analytics, and data science. Define the technical roadmap with engineering leadership, guide architecture and best practices, contribute hands-on through design reviews and coding, and partner cross-functionally to shape platform capabilities. Hire, coach, and develop engineers while managing stakeholder communication and delivery of self-service, observable, and governed data systems.

Own finance, accounting, and revenue operations data pipelines; develop revenue forecasts; conduct analysis; and build scalable SQL solutions, dashboards, and reports. Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex financial data into accurate insights and recommendations. Maintain rigorous data validation, documentation, QA, and process improvements while managing competing priorities.

Manage a large portfolio of agency partners by diagnosing campaign performance, interpreting CPA, ROAS, pacing, creative, and audience signals, and recommending optimizations. Provide support and platform education, drive adoption and retention, identify churn risks, execute engagement playbooks, escalate complex issues, maintain account records, and share partner feedback to improve products and processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MNTN customers through Intercom, email, and Zoom. Reproduce and escalate bugs, manage customer-impacting incidents, and serve as a technical escalation point for Customer Success. Represent customer needs in product planning, coordinate beta and product launches, synthesize feedback for Product and Engineering, and create enablement and customer communications. Act as the subject matter expert for an assigned platform domain while managing concurrent issues and projects.

Build and own MNTN’s in-app customer engagement strategy across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Develop data-informed personas and customer journeys, manage in-app messaging platforms, launch targeted campaigns, support product release engagement, run experiments, and establish reporting and feedback loops. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content, and Revenue teams to improve activation, feature adoption, expansion, and the overall customer experience.

Leads strategic and operational initiatives for Internal Products within the Engineering PMO. Responsibilities include project planning, scope and risk management, agile delivery practices, backlog and intake management, capacity forecasting, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, Jira Service Management workflows, delivery metrics, process documentation, and release communications. The role supports internal platforms, including Salesforce and other revenue technology systems, while improving delivery predictability and operational efficiency.

Provide high-volume support for small-business customers using MNTN’s self-serve advertising platform. Diagnose and resolve account, billing, navigation, campaign, and how-to issues; document tickets accurately; meet response and resolution SLAs; route escalations with context; direct customers to self-service resources; and identify recurring product issues and documentation gaps while helping establish the new Platform Support organization.

Designs customer-focused technical solutions using MNTN’s advertising platform, supports pre-sales as a product and technical SME, and develops partnerships, integrations, use cases, enablement materials, and launch plans. The role identifies customer and market needs, collaborates with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and business development teams, supports new solution rollouts, and helps drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and long-term success across the AdTech and Connected TV ecosystem.

Own full sales cycle for new advertisers in a vertical, build pipeline through prospecting and inbound, run consultative discovery, deliver tailored demos, partner with Customer Success for onboarding, maintain CRM and forecasts, and contribute competitive and customer insights to improve sales strategy.

Lead vendor partnerships, own integrations roadmap, translate business deals into technical requirements, and drive AI model and third-party integrations from contract to launch across product, BD, and engineering.
