Outbound sales role managing an assigned book of business in the retirement plan channel. Prospect, develop and close business through calls, presentations, CRM management, and collaboration with external partners. Build advisor relationships, resolve escalations, mentor sales associates, and support revenue growth. Periodic travel required.

Designs and delivers sales onboarding, training, playbooks, and readiness programs. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to align enablement with GTM strategy. Develops content with SMEs, tracks training effectiveness, maintains sales content and technology stack, and supports adoption of enablement tools to improve seller performance and consistency.

The NQ Plan Administrator manages client non-qualified benefit plans, ensuring accuracy in record keeping and facilitating daily financial transactions. They respond to inquiries and maintain client relations.
