Supports multi-site property operations through audits, accounting corrections, collections, eviction filings, lease renewals, final account statements, renters insurance compliance, and month-end accounting. Partners with property and regional teams to resolve resident and prospect issues, communicate findings, maintain accurate records, and complete administrative duties. Requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, organizational ability, customer service, communication, collections, and bookkeeping or accounting experience.

Assists with apartment community management, including leasing support, rental collections, bank deposits, accounting administration, resident records, market surveys, delinquency and eviction activities, and resident issue resolution. May supervise leasing staff and lead the community when the Community Manager is absent. Requires strong bookkeeping, collections, customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
