Manage and optimize employee benefits technology (primarily Employee Navigator). Train staff and clients, schedule and execute implementations, troubleshoot platform issues, configure sites for renewals and open enrollment, and provide ongoing product training and support.

Sell full-suite HCM and payroll solutions to new mid-market clients. Prospect and generate new logos, manage full sales cycle, track activity in CRM, collaborate with implementation teams, support cross-sell opportunities, and meet new revenue targets.
