Design and lead end-to-end AI solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Provide US-outbound international tax and transfer pricing advice for US-headquartered multinationals. Manage engagements, prepare and review tax filings and disclosures (ASC 740, Forms 5471/8858/8865/1120-series, FATCA/FBAR), support audits, restructuring, repatriation, foreign tax credit optimization, and maintain tax basis and documentation. Coordinate with transfer pricing teams and prepare technical memoranda, elections, and global tax calculations.

Lead credit risk due diligence and field examinations for specialty lending clients. Supervise and mentor staff, act as subject-matter expert, manage engagement deliverables and budgets, support client development and proposals, ensure quality control, handle billing and realization, recommend internal process improvements, and travel as needed. Requires CPA and strong communication and client management skills.
