Assist with tax planning and compliance across multiple industries. Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, support IRS audits and trust/gift/estate returns, participate in client engagements end-to-end, and help train junior staff while maintaining professional standards and client relationships.

Supervise and mentor staff, act as subject-matter expert, manage engagement deliverables and budgets, support client development and proposals, ensure quality control, handle billing and realization, recommend internal process improvements, and travel as needed. Requires CPA and strong communication and client management skills.

Lead and manage multiple buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients. Oversee analyses, review workpapers, manage timelines and quality control, present findings to stakeholders, exercise technical transaction judgment, and coach junior team members.

Lead SALT (state and local tax) compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients. Provide technical guidance on multistate income/franchise, sales/use, nexus, apportionment, and income sourcing. Advise on tax treatment of financial products, intercompany transactions, fintech models, and complex entity structures. Conduct nexus and filing footprint analyses, support audit defense and controversy matters, monitor state tax developments, and help grow SALT offerings within the firm.

Serve as subject matter expert managing tax engagements, supervising and mentoring staff, performing technical and strategic reviews, developing client relationships and new business, overseeing billing and engagement budgets, and advising clients on tax and qualified plan matters.
