Serve as a hands-on finance operator for private equity-backed portfolio companies, executing complex accounting and finance workstreams, improving reporting and close processes, supporting audit readiness, and leading client deliverables while managing assigned teams and timelines.

Lead SALT compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients, advise on multistate tax issues (apportionment, sourcing, nexus), support audit defense and controversy, analyze filing footprints, monitor state tax developments, and grow the firms SALT practice within financial services.

Drive new revenue through consultative sales of employee benefits; build and manage prospect pipelines; present recommendations; close new business; transition clients to service teams; document activity in systems; advise clients and support retention and cross-selling; collaborate with leadership and internal teams; travel as needed.

Lead and manage multiple buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients. Oversee analyses, review workpapers, manage timelines and quality control, present findings to stakeholders, exercise technical transaction judgment, and coach junior team members.

Lead Global Information Reporting (GIR) co-sourcing/outsourcing engagements for private equity clients: manage client relationships, expand revenue, oversee engagement teams, ensure quality control, drive business planning, and provide technical expertise in international withholding and reporting.
