Lead curriculum design and delivery for wealth management advisors and client service staff. Create and maintain training materials, run onboarding and M&A integration training (remote and in-person), track attendance and adoption metrics, identify process improvements, partner with IT and stakeholders, and support testing and rollout of platform and workflow enhancements to drive efficiency and product adoption.
