Lead GN&C subsystem development for small spacecraft across all mission phases. Design, analyze, test, and deploy GN&C architectures, develop new GN&C technologies, lead engineers and product lines, oversee hardware selection and testing, support mission operations and on-orbit commissioning, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage and execute category-specific subcontracts from solicitation through award and closeout. Source suppliers, lead RFQ/RFP evaluations, negotiate pricing and terms, monitor contractual performance, manage funding and invoices, develop supplier risk assessments, and support cross-functional teams. Ensure FAR/DFAR compliance and maintain supplier relationships throughout the subcontract lifecycle.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including visitor reception and calendar management, conference room and catering coordination, office supply procurement, credit card reconciliation, seating and new-hire desk setup, ESD jacket cleaning, and other facility-specific projects. Ensure organization, confidentiality, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing office.

Lead the BCT XACT product line end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, own business case and budgets, drive cross-functional execution (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance), support pricing and proposals, manage contracts and lifecycle transitions, monitor KPIs, evaluate technologies, mentor junior PMs, and ensure compliance and customer alignment for flight-proven ADCS products.

Lead integration, development, and execution of test procedures and automated test scripts for spacecraft components and systems. Perform hardware troubleshooting, data review and sign-off, test equipment design, and mentorship. Prepare test plans/reports and support environmental and qualification testing to demonstrate compliance with system requirements.
