Manage a book of 150–200 mid-market accounts owning renewals, driving upsells/cross-sells, and multi-threading across People, Legal, and Security stakeholders. Lead business reviews, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, scale playbooks, and coordinate cross-functionally to act on customer feedback and product improvements.
