Own and govern HubSpot as the primary CRM owner to ensure data cleanliness, enforce usage standards, support sales adoption and onboarding, translate reporting needs into accurate dashboards and forecasts, partner with leadership and technical teams, and continuously optimize CRM workflows and processes.

Operate and improve platform tooling to enable reliable deployments and incident response. Perform Kubernetes operations, maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage observability (Prometheus/Thanos/OpenTelemetry), update self-service workflows and documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and automate housekeeping tasks for cost and performance.
