Lead stress analyses for metallic and composite aircraft structures to demonstrate compliance with FAA Part 23/25. Perform loads development, hand calculations, FEM modeling, fatigue & damage tolerance assessments, produce formal structural substantiation and F&DT reports, develop macros, interface with design engineers, and support certification documentation and testing.

Provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for programs. Monitor costs, prepare EACs and variance analyses, support proposals/pricing, ensure compliance with accounting and contract requirements, coordinate billing/revenue recognition, mentor junior staff, and support audits and financial reviews.

Manage the IR&D program financial lifecycle: selection, forecasting, earned value reporting, cost analysis, EACs, and program risk/opportunity assessments; produce monthly/quarterly forecasts and present performance to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.
