Seller-facing, revenue-generating role that onboards and supports aspiring real estate investors. Manage outreach cadence, review applications, verify borrower experience, clear loan conditions, and collaborate with underwriting and processing teams. Maintain pipeline health, hit funded-volume and revenue targets, and provide consultative guidance on Kiavi products and investor financial metrics (rehab budgets, SOW, NOI, DSCR).
