Develop precision mechanisms and assemblies, perform stability, thermal, tolerance, and FEA analyses, and create component- through system-level designs. Own complex projects from concept to delivery while supporting assembly, alignment, testing, and integration. Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews.

Lead architecture, design, prototyping, deployment, and bring-up of custom high-speed mixed-signal electronics for quantum-computing control systems. Responsibilities include PCB and instrument architecture, FPGA and interface selection, analog/RF signal-chain design, clocking and power strategy, schematic and layout reviews, board characterization, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring hardware engineers.

Leads a team developing, prototyping, validating, and delivering mixed-signal PCBs and precision hardware for quantum computing systems.
