Coordinates daily community management and social media operations, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and performance reporting. Produces ad variants from approved templates, manages asset libraries, and coordinates UGC, motion design, and SEO partners from briefing through delivery. Escalates clinical or complaint-related issues, tracks deadlines, consolidates feedback, monitors competitors, and converts meeting notes into action items.
