Designs and delivers custom commercial video and infotainment solutions for enterprise properties. Supports high-volume manufacturing and distribution operations by bridging IT and warehouse teams. Leads UAT, production validation, application deployments, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and change management. Analyzes system usage, data accuracy, capacity metrics, and operational bottlenecks to improve productivity.
