Owns IT financial planning, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, month-end reporting, cost allocation, and variance analysis across capital and operating expenses. The role develops TBM showback and chargeback models, evaluates technology investments, creates KPI scorecards, manages vendor commitments, reconciles accounts, and provides predictive modeling to reduce financial risk. It also uses AI and automation to improve forecasting and identify cost-saving opportunities while partnering with IT leaders and executives.

Lead HR budgeting, contract lifecycle, PO and invoice management, and financial reporting for HR. Guide business case development, track spend and ROI, manage vendor/contracts, and provide analysis and governance to HR leadership.

Maintains process standards, evaluates capacity impacts using predictive modeling, builds ROI-focused business cases, and validates RFP/RFQ assumptions with engineering, operations, maintenance, sales, supply chain, and finance teams.

Serve as legal counsel for complex technology transactions involving cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, satellite, terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks, hardware, and strategic partnerships. Draft and negotiate bespoke agreements, advise on licensing, data governance, AI risk, intellectual property, and infrastructure arrangements, and partner with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, Spacecraft Operations, Finance, and Sourcing. Build contracting playbooks, templates, escalation criteria, and AI-enabled legal workflows.

Analyzes sales and operational data to produce recurring performance reports, identify revenue optimization opportunities, and support leadership decisions. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to develop analytical solutions, automate data pipelines, improve workflows, and deliver visual presentations and ad hoc analysis. Requires expertise in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, database concepts, and data interpretation, with Shopify experience preferred.

Leads DISH TV eCommerce marketing initiatives to improve onsite engagement, customer acquisition, conversion, and sales. Develops site merchandising calendars, testing roadmaps, and digital campaigns; uses web analytics, AI-driven optimization, and customer insights to identify funnel friction and improve performance. Partners with product, analytics, creative, UX, IT, and marketing teams to execute initiatives aligned with sales goals.

Designs, validates, and optimizes manual and automated manufacturing processes. Implements PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, sensors, and instrumentation; develops 3D CAD designs, control panels, fixtures, and electrical schematics. Creates SOPs and maintenance procedures, applies Lean Manufacturing and AI-driven predictive analytics, and leads automation engineering projects from concept through deployment while meeting safety and technical standards.
