Leads the design and domain ownership of AI agents for enterprise HR operations, including payroll, time, benefits, and employee changes. Tailors solutions for customer policies and systems, supports implementations and escalations, and represents the company in executive workshops, demos, RFPs, and market engagements. The role requires deep HR operations expertise, HR technology implementation experience, compliance knowledge, process automation judgment, and the ability to translate complex HR processes into accurate agent behavior.

Build and lead Leena AI’s enablement function across internal teams, customers, and partners. Develop AI-first knowledge systems, in-product guidance, documentation, communities, playbooks, and partner accreditation. Establish enablement strategy, hire and manage the team, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure outcomes including self-service adoption, answer deflection, time to value, community engagement, and partner-led go-lives.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise customers, including executive demos, solution architecture, integrations, RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and proofs of value. Configure AI agents and workflows, architect integrations across HR, IT, and Finance systems, support consultative selling, enable account executives, and share customer feedback with engineering and product teams.

Own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic enterprise customers by designing and building production AI applications, integrations, workflow automations, and enterprise system connections. Write production code, configure the platform, manage authentication and security constraints, lead testing and go-live hypercare, troubleshoot integrations, and serve as the senior technical client contact. Partner with Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and clients while developing reusable integration patterns and delivery documentation.

Drive new-logo acquisition and account expansion among Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 enterprises. Own complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation, build self-sourced pipeline, engage C-suite buyers, develop ROI-based business cases, coordinate Sales Engineers and partners, forecast accurately, and exceed bookings targets. Expand customer relationships across departments and geographies while representing the company at industry events.
