Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accurate, compliant processing and reporting. Lead and develop the payroll team, oversee audits, reconciliations, garnishments, integrations (Workday, ADP, Salesforce), and year-end activities. Partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements, system implementations, and provide payroll analysis and stakeholder support.
