Manage end-to-end employee leaves for US and Canada across multiple companies, ensuring compliance with FMLA/ADA and company policies. Secure and deepen partnerships, drive partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won revenue, coordinate cross-functional teams for integrations and shared customers, develop joint GTM initiatives, and build scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement for partner success.

Lead end-to-end product design for Sparrows leave management features. Drive discovery, interaction and UI design, prototypes, and shipped outcomes. Design for complex workflows, regulatory nuance, and multiple user personas. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, use research and data to iterate, and improve design systems and consistency across the product.
