Drives automation, observability, reliability improvements, and AI-assisted operational tooling toward a 99.99% uptime target.

Maintain, optimize, and evolve InvoiceCloud's production database systems. Troubleshoot incidents, tune queries and indexes, design efficient schema and stored procedures, automate operational tasks, and contribute to Azure-based database architecture and scalability improvements.
