In this role, you will build and execute the outbound GTM strategy, drive conversions, ensure customer retention, and manage CRM operations to grow Otto's market presence in commercial insurance.

Lead and scale Otto end-to-end: define strategy and OKRs, build and execute GTM, prove product-market fit, recruit and manage a lean team, shape product with engineering, and drive financial and investor outcomes while spending time in-market with customers.
