Lead finance program and change management for complex transformation initiatives—own governance, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, benefit realization, and team development to drive finance operating model improvements and adoption across a matrixed healthcare environment.

Lead enterprise financial reporting and technical accounting for a nonprofit academic medical center: own GAAP financial statements, disclosures, audits, accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting transformation. Provide technical accounting guidance, partner with cross-functional teams, drive systems and analytics improvements, and manage and develop a team to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Lead general accounting functions and month-end close for capital, prepaids, accruals, intercompany, shared services, and post-award grants. Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, audits, financial analysis, KPIs, and dashboards. Drive automation, Power BI/Power Platform adoption, AI/LLM evaluations, process improvements, and staff development. Partner with Technology Digital Solutions and operational teams to enhance controls, reporting, and analytics.
