As a Test Engineer III, you will lead testing and validation of aerospace systems, managing requirements and conducting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities while mentoring junior engineers.

The Program Manager II leads program management with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring successful outcomes through comprehensive planning and execution across cross-functional teams.

Lead and manage mission design and analysis engineers to define mission parameters, perform trajectory and performance analysis, integrate mission requirements with systems engineering, support trade studies, manage budgets/resources, mitigate technical risks, and drive digital engineering and process improvements across spacecraft and ground system designs.

Lead end-to-end spacecraft delivery including schedule, budget, and resources. Define and trace space segment requirements, author V&V plans, manage subsystem and payload integration, oversee AI&T and environmental testing, direct suppliers, mitigate technical risks, and serve as primary technical customer interface.

The Technical Quality Assurance Inspector II conducts inspections of manufacturing goods, ensuring compliance with industry standards, documenting results, and communicating findings.

Perform independent structural design and analysis using hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis, own discrete technical packages as Responsible Engineer, mentor junior engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and communicate routinely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure structural integrity and project success.

Support mission planning, training, and real-time Dream Chaser flight operations; develop operations products (procedures, flight rules, timelines, telemetry displays), training materials, and integrate design inputs with operational concepts while working with multidisciplinary teams in a mission control environment.

Serve as the real-time systems engineer monitoring and commanding Dream Chaser thermal and environmental control systems during missions. Analyze telemetry, execute procedures via Epsilon3/InControl, troubleshoot anomalies, coordinate with Flight Control Team and Engineering Support, develop procedures and displays, and provide go/no-go recommendations while supporting simulations and pre-mission planning.

The Buyer III manages procurement for high-value purchases, leads contract negotiations, analyzes market data, and mentors junior buyers. They ensure compliance with procurement processes and maintain supplier relationships.

Design, develop, and test complex software systems for space and ground systems. Write maintainable code, use version control, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, document configurations, and provide technical leadership and mentorship. Make high-level design decisions impacting cost, schedule, and performance while staying current with industry trends.
