Develop backend services for job orchestration and asynchronous workloads, partner with product teams to create data products, and mentor teammates on domain-specific acquisition techniques.

Manage a defined book of customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Serve as trusted advisor, drive product consumption metrics, negotiate renewals, escalate and coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Data Consultants to deliver outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.

Build and evolve APIs and frontend surfaces for data products. Translate business requirements into scalable systems, ensure data integrity, design frontend and backend architecture, improve developer self-serve tooling, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers while maintaining strong code quality and delivery practices.
