Manage corporate system access, conduct access audits, and support secure employee technology. Coordinate with an IT managed service provider on helpdesk operations and hardware management, monitor SOC 2 compliance, collaborate with DevOps and Security Engineering, and improve technology selection, procurement, vendor planning, deployment, and stakeholder coordination.

Own and prioritize a portfolio of borrower financing applications, contacting borrowers and occasionally merchants to resolve barriers and move applications toward funding. Handle objections, provide accurate and compliant guidance, coordinate with internal teams, document activity in Salesforce, and meet funded-loan, volume, satisfaction, and conversion goals. Identify recurring issues, test outreach strategies, provide feedback, and help improve borrower conversion processes.
