The Outbound BDR will generate a new-business pipeline for the sales team by conducting research, managing accounts, and setting meetings for Account Executives.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (501-5,000 employees): prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close. Consistently exceed quotas, build pipeline, apply MEDDPPICC discovery, manage Salesforce forecasting, navigate procurement/IT/security reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption of Envoy's workplace platform.

Manage ~70 mid-market B2B SaaS accounts through the post-sales lifecycle to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Create success plans and metrics, identify at-risk customers, run tech-touch campaigns and trainings, surface product feedback and escalations, and maintain accurate account records and forecasts while collaborating with Sales, Renewals, Support, SEs, and Product.

The Account Executive will drive software growth by targeting, prospecting, and closing deals in the SMB segment, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experiences.
