Owns Socure’s organizational effectiveness programs, including engagement surveys, lifecycle listening, organizational health diagnostics, reporting, and action planning. Supports operating model design, change management, culture initiatives, and strategic talent projects. Act as storyteller, closer, and data-driven advisor to scale the technology organization and enhance employer branding.
