The Customer Success Manager will lead customer relationships, drive adoption of the SaaS platform, identify growth opportunities, and advocate internally for customer needs.

Lead design, implement, and maintain cloud-native microservices and platform services for high-throughput supply chain systems. Own architecture, reliability, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response. Mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with product, data science, and customer teams to deliver scalable API and data solutions.

Lead technical strategy in sales cycles, architect API-driven solutions, collaborate with sales, and ensure technical validation for enterprise opportunities.
