Lead AMER partner strategy and revenue growth by activating global and regional SIs, consultancies, and ISVs. Build joint GTM plans, enable partners, co-sell with AEs, perform account mapping, resolve escalations, and meet ambitious ARR targets while expanding a governed, high-value partner ecosystem across the Americas.

Design and implement a scalable AI harness and end-to-end AI-driven product features. Own feature lifecycle from design through testing, monitoring, and evaluation. Work with LLMs and AI agents, ensure data privacy and security practices, build fault-tolerant orchestration systems, and improve evaluation pipelines. Collaborate across Product and Engineering, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions and team best practices.
