Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for Cresta’s AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolio. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to drive adoption, pipeline, differentiation, roadmap influence, and category leadership. The role also requires advising executives on market dynamics and platform strategy while building and scaling product marketing teams.

Work with customers to configure and maintain Cresta's Opera platform, identify key moments using keyword/utterance rules, monitor voice analytics trends, produce insight reports, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, and mentor customer analysts to maximize product value.

Leads large-scale AI transformation programs for Cresta’s strategic enterprise customers. Serves as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, manages matrixed implementation and engineering teams, oversees complex deployments, standardizes delivery governance, and drives measurable customer value, adoption, expansion, and advocacy. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering while connecting technical outcomes to business ROI.

Build and scale Cresta’s no-code conversation intelligence platform across the frontend and backend. Responsibilities include creating visual workflow editors, backend services and APIs, data models, storage layers, and scalable systems using React, TypeScript, Python or Go, Postgres, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch. Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver intuitive experiences for non-technical users while improving performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Leads and develops a team of Enterprise AI Success Managers serving complex enterprise customers. Responsibilities include driving adoption, measurable business outcomes, retention, renewals, expansion, customer health, and operational excellence. The role coaches teams on AI product expertise, configuration, workflows, and value realization while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services. It also champions customer feedback, uses performance metrics to improve outcomes, and supports strategic executive relationships.

Own paid and digital growth channels, pipeline acquisition, and growth strategy. Lead LinkedIn, Meta, and paid search programs; manage budgets and campaign pacing; develop creative with design partners; use AI and audience-enrichment tools such as Clay; test new acquisition opportunities; and communicate performance insights cross-functionally.

Lead business operations and cross-functional special projects for Cresta’s AI Agents team. Own team reviews, OKR reporting, knowledge management, scaling processes, hiring operations, and internal tools. Drive initiatives across product, go-to-market, and deployment operations from concept through proof of concept. Support AI Agent brand growth through content and thought leadership. The role requires strong operational, strategic, communication, and execution skills in a high-growth technology environment.

Own partner relationships and enable partners to design, sell, and deliver Cresta solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor and platform expert providing technical presales support, executive presentations, strategic solution design, and enablement assets. Drive partner-led revenue, resolve complex technical challenges, and align cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to scale Cresta's partner program and joint customer success.

Own partner relationships and enablement for Crestaplatform, driving onboarding, technical enablement, joint GTM strategies, solution integrations, and revenue acceleration while coordinating Product, Sales, and Services to improve partner performance and adoption.

Own complex enterprise SaaS deals from quote through signature, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Security, and RevOps. Develop pricing models and commercial terms, manage approvals, analyze deal outcomes, and ensure alignment with revenue recognition and financial goals. Improve quote-to-cash processes, define system requirements, support Subskribe, CLM, and Salesforce enhancements, lead UAT and rollout, standardize workflows, and train Sales on deal construction and pricing strategy.
