Owns administration, compliance, reconciliation, analytics, vendor management, and open enrollment for employee benefits programs. Leads the transition from fully insured or level-funded medical plans to self-funded plans, including plan design, stop-loss procurement, financial modeling, and implementation. Design and analyze multichannel experiments, build reporting and dashboards, write SQL, diagnose funnel and segment performance, and integrate AI and machine learning signals into lifecycle journeys.
