The Senior Account Manager maintains a book of commercial accounts, coordinates business processing, handles complex issues, prepares proposals, negotiates with clients, and manages client meetings while ensuring accuracy in policies and documentation.

The ERISA Counsel will provide legal guidance on employee benefit plans, monitor regulations, and develop compliance solutions for stakeholders and clients.

Manage and retain assigned insurance accounts by evaluating exposures, designing programs, coordinating risk control and claims, negotiating coverage with carriers, delivering HUB services, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities while supporting Sales Executives.
