Manage and support property IT infrastructure and hardware, oversee installations, maintenance, backups, imaging, patching and security. Coordinate vendors, assist budgeting/CAPEX, perform audits, provide escalation and end-user support, and ensure compliance with Marriott IT and security standards.

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources. Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements, create technical specs and wireframes, analyze large datasets, performance-tune reports, test and document dashboards, troubleshoot data quality issues, and lead demos. Design data models, pipelines, and automation; standardize calculations; support and refine reporting solutions; and manage related small projects and stakeholder communication.
